By accessing the website at akralabs.in, interacting with the solar system canvas, launching an application, casting upvotes, or completing a sponsorship transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy.
Eligibility Requirement
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the corporate entity you represent. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

AkraLabs provides an interactive, visual software discovery ecosystem where software applications orbit themed category planets (such as Artificial Intelligence, Developer Tools, SaaS, Design, and Web3) centered around a featured solar focal point ("The Sun").
Key platform functionalities include:
- Planetary Orbit Directory: Categorization and real-time canvas rendering of verified web applications, SaaS tools, and developer utilities.
- Cosmic Upvoting & Leaderboard: Community curation mechanism to discover trending digital tools based on organic peer voting.
- Self-Serve Developer Submission: A submission pipeline allowing founders to submit software tools for orbital review and inclusion.
- Featured Sponsorship Inventory: Prime advertising centerpieces including The Sun ($2,000/mo) and category planet sponsor crowns.

App Submissions & Listing Guidelines
When you submit an application ("Listing") via our Launch Modal, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the creator, authorized developer, or registered marketing agent for the listed software.
- All submitted details (app title, tagline, description, pricing structure, and destination URL) are accurate, functional, and not misleading.
- The submitted software is live, operational, and accessible over public HTTPS protocols.
- The application does not contain malicious code, spyware, keyloggers, phishing portals, or copyright-infringing media.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit the submission of illegal schemes, fraudulent cryptocurrency drains, adult/illicit content, unlicensed gambling portals, or software designed to compromise user privacy. Any non-compliant listing will be de-orbited immediately without prior notice.
AkraLabs reserves the sole discretion to reject, categorize, edit taglines for clarity, re-orbit, or delist any submission that fails to meet our quality standards.

Payment, Invoicing & Refund Policy
A. Billing Cycles & Renewals
Sponsorship subscriptions and orders are billed in advance via our secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner, Razorpay. By initiating payment, you authorize charges for the selected reservation period.
B. Digital Display Space — Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the real-time, high-visibility nature of digital advertising inventory and instant activation on the live canvas:
Refund Terms
All sponsorship fees (including The Sun reservations and Category Planet placements) are strictly non-refundable once the campaign period commences. If you cancel mid-cycle, your sponsorship will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing term.

Intellectual Property Rights
A. AkraLabs IP
All proprietary source code, planetary orbital algorithms, SVG constellation graphs, sound synthesis engines, UI layouts, graphic trademarks, and the name "AkraLabs" are the exclusive intellectual property of AkraLabs Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
B. Developer App Rights
Developers retain 100% ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to the software products, logos, and trademarks they submit.
By submitting your application, you grant AkraLabs a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display your project name, logo, screenshots, and metadata on our orbital canvas, leaderboards, and promotional social media previews.

Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
To preserve a fair and trusted discovery ground, you agree NOT to:
- Manipulate Upvotes: Use automated bots, headless browser scripts, click-farms, proxy rotations, or bribery to artificially inflate leaderboard standings.
- Scrape Platform Data: Use aggressive scrapers, spiders, or data mining engines to harvest developer directories or database indexes without written API authorization.
- Interfere with Performance: Launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flood websockets, or execute arbitrary script injections (XSS).
- Impersonate Entities: Falsely claim ownership of third-party software, companies, or open-source repositories you do not maintain.
Violation of acceptable use policies results in automatic disqualification, permanent IP ban, and cancellation of any active sponsorships without refund.

Third-Party Websites & External Applications
The AkraLabs Universe contains thousands of links directing users to independent external SaaS websites, GitHub repositories, developer documentation, and payment pages.
Outbound Link Disclaimer
AkraLabs does not operate, control, or inspect the backend code of third-party applications featured in orbit. We make no representations regarding their performance, reliability, security, or legal compliance. Your transactions with third-party software vendors are solely between you and the respective vendor.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE AKRALABS SERVICE, INCLUDING THE SOLAR CANVAS, SEARCH UTILITIES, AND LISTINGS, IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AKRALABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, ACCURATE, OR COMPLETELY IMMUNE TO HARDWARE FAILURES OR FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS.

Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AKRALABS INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE LOSS, LOSS OF DATA, OR SERVICE DOWNTIME ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE.
IN ALL EVENTS, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AKRALABS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO AKRALABS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AkraLabs Inc. and its officers, directors, contractors, and employees from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your breach or violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Content or software submitted by you that infringes upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Your unlawful conduct or fraudulent manipulation of voting mechanics.

Termination & Delisting
AkraLabs reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, terminate, or remove any application listing, user account, or active sponsorship at any time if we reasonably determine that the user or listed project violates these Terms or poses a threat to platform security.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to the user under these Terms cease immediately, while sections concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive.

Governing Law & Binding Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
Mandatory Individual Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings against AkraLabs.

Absolutely. Free, open-source, and freemium indie projects are celebrated across the AkraLabs galaxy. You do not need to pay anything to submit an app to orbit.
How long does it take for my app to appear after launching?
Applications submitted via the Launch Modal appear immediately in local demo sessions and are synchronized to the global catalog following automated malware and link verification (typically under 15 minutes).
What happens if my Sun sponsorship renews automatically?
Sponsorships are active for the purchased 30-day billing window. You can manage or renew your reservation slot anytime via the payment invoice and confirmation receipt sent to your billing email.
Can AkraLabs remove my app if it gets acquired or changes domain?
Yes. Email our support team with proof of domain transition, and we will update or retire the orbital moon accordingly.
